Hello and welcome to my website. My name is Michael Romaniszyn (Row muh nish un). I am running for Register of Deeds Riley County in the November 4, 2008 General Election. I am asking for your vote.

In 2008, I have spoken to residents in every community in Riley County. I am inspired by the fantastic support I am receiving for my campaign. Thank you.

I would like to share a story with you that really illustrated the significance of why I am running for Register of Deeds Riley County. It also shows how important this office really is:

When the recent tornado devastated Chapman, Kansas and parts of Manhattan along Amherst, Seth Child Road and parts of the University, where do you think all those affected by their losses turned to besides their insurance companies? They contacted the Register of Deeds for replacement of their valued lost or destroyed documents: mortgages, titles, attorney papers, Articles of Incorporation for their businesses, lost military records and countless other important documents.

This is just one example of what the Register of Deeds does, why the Register of Deeds is so significant and why I want to be your Register of Deeds. With my business and leadership experience along with your vote and support, we will bring a new fresh perspective (instead of twenty old years) to the Register of Deeds position. Please make your vote count and tell your friends. You deserve to have a Register of Deeds who is dedicated to outreach and engaging all citizens of Riley County.
